General Demolition

Jim Wise Demolition can undertake all types of demolition work, including both commercial and domestic sector clients. Our demolition process is very efficient as we have our own machinery that is designed to crush and break concrete on-site. We also have our own skip wagons which are registered to carry waste. We also recover any suitable materials for re-use or recycling which can be purchased from our own reclamation yard.

Soft Stripping

Jim Wise Demolition also specialise in the internal stripping of buildings as part of a demolition or in preparation for refurbishment. In the case of refurbishment we use only light machinery or hand strip your premises to ensure that the structure of your building will remain unaffected. As part of our internal stripping services we can remove all floor coverings, windows and interior fixtures and fittings, including radiators, lighting and telecoms. We can also organise the disconnection and removal of any utilities.

Asbestos Removal

Jim Wise Demolition have the specialist knowledge to safely and effectively remove asbestos. We have state of the art equipment that ensures that your asbestos removal is carried out to the highest standards and complies with the current health and safety legislation and HSE guidelines.
