At Jim Wise Demolition, we were tasked with Soft Strip out of the former BHS store in Burton Upon Trent, as Commercial demolition experts, we also specialise in soft strip out of commercial, industrial, retail and residential properties to make way for new occupancy. Retail strip outs often have unique needs; they often need to be completed quickly and with consideration, requiring additional resources and out-of-hours working. Included in this soft strip out of the former BHS store was the strip out internal and external store signage, fixtures & fittings, floor finishes, ceilings, retail checkouts, counter tops, retail shelving, goods conveyors, compactors, fridge cases, cold stores and lockers and partition walls. We also expertly strip out mechanical and electrical services including fire alarm systems and CCTV.
