About This Project.
Jim Wise Demolition completed demolition works at Haywood Hospital in Stoke-on-Trent — a complex healthcare demolition on a live NHS hospital campus requiring the highest standards of care and safety. Works on the live hospital campus required strict infection control measures, 24-hour communication with the hospital's estates team and zero tolerance for disruption to clinical services throughout the programme. Full asbestos survey and licensed removal was carried out from all affected buildings, with selective demolition of the specified structures and complete site clearance on programme.
All works were delivered safely, on programme and to the client's full satisfaction.
How We Delivered It.
All works were carried out by Jim Wise Demolition’s directly employed team of trained and accredited operatives, working under a detailed method statement and risk assessment. Full waste transfer documentation, H&S records and project sign-off were provided to the client on completion.
