About This Project.
Jim Wise Demolition completed the asbestos removal and full demolition of a residential property in Lymm, Cheshire for a private client. The property contained multiple asbestos-containing materials requiring licensed removal by certified operatives with full air monitoring and documentation — all managed in-house by Jim Wise Demolition. Following licensed asbestos removal, the property was fully demolished, all foundations grubbed up and the residential plot cleared ready for development.
Full asbestos documentation, waste transfer notes and clearance certificate were provided to the private client on completion.
How We Delivered It.
All works were carried out by Jim Wise Demolition’s directly employed team of trained and accredited operatives, working under a detailed method statement and risk assessment. Full waste transfer documentation, H&S records and project sign-off were provided to the client on completion.
