About This Project.
Jim Wise Demolition was appointed to carry out the full demolition and site clearance of the former Ruskims Cash & Carry in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The busy urban location required careful management of traffic, dust and noise throughout the programme. Asbestos survey and licensed removal was completed prior to demolition, with all concrete arisings processed through on-site mobile crushing plant.
The site was fully cleared and handed over on programme ready for redevelopment — demonstrating Jim Wise Demolition's genuine UK-wide capability across the North East.
How We Delivered It.
All works were carried out by Jim Wise Demolition’s directly employed team of trained and accredited operatives, working under a detailed method statement and risk assessment. Full waste transfer documentation, H&S records and project sign-off were provided to the client on completion.
