At Jim Wise Demolition, we were tasked with Soft Strip out of the former DHL Depot in Long Eaton, this Strip out isto a 4 acre site, with the team currently working on part 1/8. This Demolition works involved the rip out of old racking shelves.

When companies such as DHL want to close and relocate we’re used to controlling all aspects of the dilapidation and relocation process. Some Dilapidation Orders only give us four weeks to complete processes such as:

• Office partitioning removal, including waste removal

• Barrier and steel removal
• Electrical strip out including on-site generators
