About This Project.
Jim Wise Demolition completed the full soft strip out of the Decathlon sports store in Nottingham ahead of the store's refurbishment. Works included the complete removal of all retail fixtures, shelving, display units and internal partitions throughout the store, along with full M&E removal and floor finish removal. Works were carefully phased to allow partial trading to continue in adjacent units, with strict containment of all dust and debris throughout.
The store was fully stripped and handed over on programme ready for the incoming fit out contractor.
How We Delivered It.
All works were carried out by Jim Wise Demolition’s directly employed team of trained and accredited operatives, working under a detailed method statement and risk assessment. Full waste transfer documentation, H&S records and project sign-off were provided to the client on completion.
