About This Project.
Jim Wise Demolition completed the full demolition of the former Soccer Village leisure facility in Rochdale, Greater Manchester. The former leisure site contained a variety of structural types including steel frame, concrete and masonry, requiring a carefully sequenced demolition approach throughout. Asbestos survey and licensed removal was carried out, with all structures demolished, concrete processed on-site through mobile crushing plant and the site fully cleared on programme ready for redevelopment.
All works were delivered safely, on programme and to the client's full satisfaction.
How We Delivered It.
All works were carried out by Jim Wise Demolition’s directly employed team of trained and accredited operatives, working under a detailed method statement and risk assessment. Full waste transfer documentation, H&S records and project sign-off were provided to the client on completion.
