About This Project.
Jim Wise Demolition completed demolition works at the Arnold Clark dealership in Leyland, Lancashire for the nationally recognised automotive group. The former dealership site contained a mix of construction types including steel frame showrooms, concrete workshop structures and ancillary buildings, requiring a phased sequenced demolition approach. Asbestos survey and licensed removal was carried out prior to and during demolition, with all structures demolished and the site cleared on programme ready for Arnold Clark's redevelopment.
All works were delivered safely, on programme and to the client's full satisfaction.
How We Delivered It.
All works were carried out by Jim Wise Demolition’s directly employed team of trained and accredited operatives, working under a detailed method statement and risk assessment. Full waste transfer documentation, H&S records and project sign-off were provided to the client on completion.
