About This Project.
Jim Wise Demolition completed the full soft strip out of the former Homebase store in Willenhall, Walsall. The large format retail unit required efficient logistics and team management to complete the strip out within programme, managing the significant volume of waste arisings throughout. Works included the full removal of all retail fixtures, shelving systems, mezzanine structures and internal partitions, along with full M&E removal throughout the building.
All materials were streamed, processed and removed from site with full waste documentation. The unit was handed over clear and ready for the next occupier or redevelopment.
How We Delivered It.
All works were carried out by Jim Wise Demolition’s directly employed team of trained and accredited operatives, working under a detailed method statement and risk assessment. Full waste transfer documentation, H&S records and project sign-off were provided to the client on completion.
