About This Project.
Jim Wise Demolition was appointed to carry out the full racking soft strip out of the former DHL depot in Long Eaton, Derbyshire. The project involved the removal of all internal racking systems, mezzanine structures, mechanical and electrical installations, and associated fixtures and fittings throughout the large logistics facility. All materials were sorted, streamed and removed via licensed waste carriers, with full waste transfer documentation provided on completion.
All works were delivered safely, on programme and to the client's full satisfaction.
How We Delivered It.
All works were carried out by Jim Wise Demolition’s directly employed team of trained and accredited operatives, working under a detailed method statement and risk assessment. Full waste transfer documentation, H&S records and project sign-off were provided to the client on completion.
