About This Project.
Jim Wise Demolition carried out the full demolition of the former Same Deutz-Fahr Group UK headquarters in Rugby, Warwickshire. The large industrial complex comprised multiple buildings, workshops and storage areas of varying construction types, requiring careful survey, phased demolition sequencing and comprehensive asbestos management throughout. All buildings were demolished, concrete arisings were processed on-site through mobile crushing plant, and the site was fully cleared and handed over for redevelopment.
Full waste documentation, concrete certificates and H&S file were provided to the client on completion.
How We Delivered It.
All works were carried out by Jim Wise Demolition’s directly employed team of trained and accredited operatives, working under a detailed method statement and risk assessment. Full waste transfer documentation, H&S records and project sign-off were provided to the client on completion.
