About This Project.
Jim Wise Demolition completed the full demolition of the former Tile Warehouse and Greggs unit in Erdington, Birmingham, clearing the retail site for redevelopment. The Erdington location required careful traffic management and dust suppression throughout the programme, with the site immediately adjacent to a busy commercial retail area on Marsh Hill. Asbestos survey and licensed removal was carried out prior to demolition, with both units fully demolished and the site cleared on programme ready for handover and redevelopment.
All works were delivered safely, on programme and to the client's full satisfaction.
How We Delivered It.
All works were carried out by Jim Wise Demolition’s directly employed team of trained and accredited operatives, working under a detailed method statement and risk assessment. Full waste transfer documentation, H&S records and project sign-off were provided to the client on completion.
