About This Project.
Jim Wise Demolition completed a commercial demolition project in Bromsgrove, West Midlands, delivering full structural demolition and site clearance safely and on schedule. The project involved asbestos survey and licensed removal, full demolition of all structures, on-site concrete crushing and complete site clearance. Works were carried out with careful management of dust, noise and access in proximity to neighbouring occupied properties throughout the programme.
The site was cleared and handed over on programme ready for redevelopment.
How We Delivered It.
All works were carried out by Jim Wise Demolition’s directly employed team of trained and accredited operatives, working under a detailed method statement and risk assessment. Full waste transfer documentation, H&S records and project sign-off were provided to the client on completion.
