Jim Wise Demolition was appointed as the principal contractor for the complete demolition of a three-storey warehouse and adjoining commercial units in the Parkside area of Coventry.

This complex urban demolition required a staged and methodical approach to ensure the safety of neighbouring buildings and the public, with full scaffold erected to the front elevation and strict environmental controls in place throughout.

🔨 Scope of Work:

• ✅ Asbestos removal carried out prior to any invasive works
• ✅ Full soft strip of internal fixtures and non-structural elements
• ✅ Scaffolding installed to front elevation to protect adjacent public access
• ✅ Mechanical demolition of structural elements using 360° excavators
