About This Project.
Jim Wise Demolition completed the full demolition of a three-storey warehouse and associated units in Coventry, West Midlands. The height and scale of the three-storey warehouse structure required careful structural engineering input and a sequenced demolition approach using high-reach excavators. Asbestos survey and licensed removal was carried out prior to and during demolition.
All concrete demolition arisings were processed through on-site mobile crushing plant, with the site fully cleared and levelled for development handover on programme.
How We Delivered It.
All works were carried out by Jim Wise Demolition’s directly employed team of trained and accredited operatives, working under a detailed method statement and risk assessment. Full waste transfer documentation, H&S records and project sign-off were provided to the client on completion.
