The works were carried out in accordance with BS6187:2011 – Code of Practice for Full and Partial Demolition, ensuring the highest standards of safety, environmental care, and site management throughout every phase.

Scope of Works

The project involved a full soft strip and mechanical demolition sequence, designed to remove existing buildings safely while minimising disruption to neighbouring properties and road users.

✅ Mechanical demolition using a 24-ton excavator with a rotating grab

✅ Final site clearance and level preparation for redevelopment

By recycling and processing the concrete and hardcore materials on site, we were able to significantly reduce waste sent to landfill and prepare the site for its next phase efficiently and sustainably.
