About This Project.
Jim Wise Demolition completed the full residential demolition of a property in Donnington, Telford, Shropshire for a private client. The project was carried out with careful management of dust, noise and access in a residential street setting, minimising disruption to neighbours throughout. A pre-demolition asbestos survey was carried out, with licensed removal of all identified materials prior to demolition.
The property was fully demolished, all foundations grubbed up and the plot cleared ready for the client's new residential development.
How We Delivered It.
All works were carried out by Jim Wise Demolition’s directly employed team of trained and accredited operatives, working under a detailed method statement and risk assessment. Full waste transfer documentation, H&S records and project sign-off were provided to the client on completion.
