About This Project.
Jim Wise Demolition completed a soft strip out and selective demolition project at Unit F2a in Edinburgh — further demonstrating our UK-wide capability to deliver projects in Scotland. Works included full internal soft strip out of all fixtures, fittings and finishes, selective internal demolition works and full M&E removal throughout the unit. The Edinburgh location required efficient logistics planning from our Midlands base to deliver the works on programme.
The unit was stripped and cleared ready for the next occupier on completion.
How We Delivered It.
All works were carried out by Jim Wise Demolition’s directly employed team of trained and accredited operatives, working under a detailed method statement and risk assessment. Full waste transfer documentation, H&S records and project sign-off were provided to the client on completion.
