About This Project.
Jim Wise Demolition completed the demolition and strip out of the former Downward Plumb & Colclough site in Stoke-on-Trent. The historic industrial premises required full internal soft strip out prior to structural demolition, with asbestos survey and licensed removal carried out throughout. All buildings and structures across the site were demolished, with demolition arisings processed and removed via licensed waste carriers.
The site was fully cleared on programme and handed over ready for redevelopment with full waste documentation provided.
How We Delivered It.
All works were carried out by Jim Wise Demolition’s directly employed team of trained and accredited operatives, working under a detailed method statement and risk assessment. Full waste transfer documentation, H&S records and project sign-off were provided to the client on completion.
