About This Project.
Jim Wise Demolition was appointed to carry out the full demolition of a former office block in Reading, Berkshire to enable the development of new student accommodation. Co-ordination with the developer and local planning authorities ensured all pre-demolition conditions were satisfied and that the programme aligned with the student accommodation delivery schedule. Asbestos survey and licensed removal was carried out prior to demolition, with the multi-storey office block fully demolished, concrete processed on-site and the site cleared and handed over to the developer on programme.
All works were delivered safely, on programme and to the client's full satisfaction.
How We Delivered It.
All works were carried out by Jim Wise Demolition’s directly employed team of trained and accredited operatives, working under a detailed method statement and risk assessment. Full waste transfer documentation, H&S records and project sign-off were provided to the client on completion.
