About This Project.
Jim Wise Demolition completed the full demolition of the former Lifestyle Centre in Stone, Staffordshire, clearing the site for redevelopment in this growing Staffordshire market town. The Stone town centre location required careful management of traffic, dust and noise to minimise disruption to the local community and neighbouring businesses throughout the programme. Asbestos survey and licensed removal was carried out, with all concrete arisings processed on-site through mobile crushing plant.
The site was fully cleared on programme and handed over for redevelopment.
How We Delivered It.
All works were carried out by Jim Wise Demolition’s directly employed team of trained and accredited operatives, working under a detailed method statement and risk assessment. Full waste transfer documentation, H&S records and project sign-off were provided to the client on completion.
