About This Project.
Snowdon Homes entrusted Jim Wise Demolition with the critical demolition phase at the former Melton Mowbray Hospital site in Leicestershire. The project required comprehensive asbestos management throughout the complex healthcare buildings, followed by full structural demolition and site clearance to enable the residential redevelopment. Jim Wise Demolition managed the full process from initial asbestos refurbishment survey through to licensed removal, mechanical demolition of all structures and final site clearance.
Full waste transfer documentation, asbestos clearance certificates and the H&S file were provided to Snowdon Homes on handover.
How We Delivered It.
All works were carried out by Jim Wise Demolition’s directly employed team of trained and accredited operatives, working under a detailed method statement and risk assessment. Full waste transfer documentation, H&S records and project sign-off were provided to the client on completion.
