Selective dismantling or full removal of pallet racking, drive-in racking, cantilever and mezzanine racking — efficiently managed and materials recycled.
Structural mezzanine floors dismantled and removed — steel, decking and columns separated for recycling. Full temporary works design where required.
Dock levellers, dock doors and loading bay infrastructure removed and made good — pits filled or left open as required.
Full mechanical and electrical infrastructure — sprinkler systems, heating, lighting, cable trays and power distribution — drained and removed.
Workshop pits, inspection bays and below-ground infrastructure broken out, filled and made good to surrounding floor level.
