We’ve already delivered north of the border: a retail strip out at Glasgow Fort Shopping Centre, carried out inside a live shopping centre under Glasgow Fort’s contractor management system, strict out-of-hours protocols and careful containment to protect the trading environment and the public. The unit was handed over on programme, ready for the incoming tenant.
Away delivery follows a fixed pattern wherever the site is: plant moved by low-loader, secure compound and welfare established before works start, directly employed operatives with resident supervision throughout, and 24/7 response arrangements in place from day one. Scotland’s post-industrial stock — Clydeside works, mills and pre-2000 commercial buildings — carries asbestos through every refit generation, which is why we survey intrusively before pricing and remove licensed and non-licensed materials with our own HSE licensed team before anything structural moves.
